2009 “Human Services Information Round-Up”
In 2007, a CROSS SYSTEMS TRAINING event was held in Houghton which many of you attended. Our “Round-Up” will be the same format with two changes: the “Round-Up” will be in Hancock (Oct. 15) and Baraga (Nov. 12), and, during both events, there will be short presentations every half hour starting at 9:30 a.m.
We invite your organization or agency to be represented with a display table and staff to answer questions as well as showcase your services. And we’re also setting aside times for short presentations about new or revised programs. Your audience will be representatives of other service agencies and school personnel in our tri-county area. There’s nothing better than face-to-face and agency-to-agency conversation to spread the word about what’s available for those in need! Whether you have a table and/or opt to be a speaker, your presence will benefit everyone who attends the “Round-Up”.
If you would like to be a presenter (at one or both venues) and/or would like a table at the “Round-Up”, simply fill out the attached form and send with a check to the CCHSCB office
by Sept. 18. There are 5 slots of 10 minutes each during the “Round-Up”. We’ll notify you by Sept. 25 if you’ll be a speaker at either or both events. Please be sure to indicate which event(s) you and your staff will attend.
See you at the –
2009 “Human Services Information Round-Up”!
